Update:
Karsynn's surgery was successful. Dr. MakDessian found fluid in both ears this time, not just one, so this was a sure sign that this procedure had to be done. The surgery lasted 15 minutes and she bounced back like a ball. She has been talking up a storm and running in high gear all day long. Wow, our God is truly amazing! Thank you God for taking care of our girl!Thank all of you for your thoughts and prayers, too.
Well, it's 5:30 AM and in just a few hours Karsynn will go in for surgery. Please pray that the tubes that are placed in her ears today will bring her peace and sleep at night. Please pray that the pain she has been experiencing for so long will shortly disappear. Please pray for a speedy recovery and that Karsynn has no memory of what is about to take place. Please pray for Dr. MakDessian's hands that they are steady and are able to place the tubes in her ears without any problems. PLEASE PRAY!

Did not get your post until this morning as I had a grandson on computer part of the morning and so I am praying that everything went well. Karsyn is such a beautiful little one.
The tubes will help with the pain and will allow her to hear better. Kathy, my daughtetr, said that the hardest part of the whole process was when they took Joy from her arms to go to the surgical suite.
Once Joy came back and got her cup she and Kathy were much better. Hoping your experience was like that and her healing time is awesome.
