We LIVE for SNOW DAYS!!!!!

We awoke this morning to a small 1 inch snow, but it was just enough to close school in Montgomery and Clark County, which means...Mommy and Daddy were BOTH home today. YEAH!!! It's days like this that remind me of one of the few perks there are in teaching...SNOW DAYS. We stayed in all day, except Daddy did have basketball practice, and did nothing at all. It was great. It was so nice to slip back into bed this chilly morning and snuggle up close to Karsynn. She still smelled of Baby Magic from her bath the night before and her skin was so warm. Being a mommy is simply amazing when you experience moments like that. They are PRICELESS. We slept in. Had a late breakfast, read many, many books (some more than once), and played all day long. Our living room was a total MESS, but that's ok. Thank you God for blessing us with the occasional snow day.

Snow days are so enjoyable. I have been following your journey since you began and wanted to leave you messages but did not know how to navigate this site. Now that I have figured it out it will be great to be in contact withyou.
My daughter has adopted 2 little girls from China and they are just as beautiful as Karsyn. They live in Lexington and used A Helping Hands agency. God bless you as you raise your daughter because she is a precious gift from God.

We had a great time too. Claire loved playing in the snow with her siblings. I guess Daddy is enjoying another day at home today with Karsynn. I'm not sure why Clark is out today. Probably some school had a heating issue or something. Don't you just love snuggling in bed with a warm little one? Glad you enjoyed your day and I'm glad you are enjoying Karsynn so much. I saw some adorable pictures of her at Chuck E. Cheese on Kailee's blog.
